1 hearing tomorrow — Illustrative · verify against the court order

A hearings register the COLP can sign off

From the individual hearing date to firm-wide cover. Every change is audit-logged. The solicitor still verifies each date against the court order.

Hearing register

Every hearing across every active matter in one register. Filter by court, matter type or fee-earner. Calendar output is informational — not legal advice; verify against the court order.

Escalating reminders

Reminders at 7, 3 and 1 day before each deadline, sent in-app or by email. Configurable per matter and per fee-earner.

Limitation tracking

Surface limitation dates from matter inception under CPR / FPR rules. Always cross-check with the live court order; the solicitor remains responsible.

Filing reminders

Track court form submission windows by jurisdiction. The reminder is a prompt to act — the solicitor signs the filing.

Firm-wide view

Shared calendar across the firm. See who is in court, where hearings overlap and how to plan cover.

Clash detection

Flag double-bookings and hearing clashes before they become a regulatory problem.

How it works

01

Log the dates against the matter

Enter hearing dates, filing deadlines and limitation periods when the matter is opened or updated. Import from court listings where available.

02

Reminders escalate

Alerts at 7 days (amber), 3 days (orange) and 1 day (red). In-app, email or both. You configure the channel.

03

You verify against the court order

Calculator output is informational — not legal advice. Always verify against the court order and CPR/FPR rules before acting.
