Phase 2 · on the roadmap
Settlement Decision-Support
A transparent decision-support layer for financial-remedy and commercial-quantum intake. You see every assumption, every sensitivity, and the source decisions behind every range. The tool is intentionally not a settlement recommendation — it shows working, not numbers to a client.
Why it isn't live yet: The underlying analysis is built on published financial-remedy decisions, which depend on our Computational Analysis Licence from The National Archives. Under DUAA 2025 s.80 we wrap every output with the four-safeguard frame — notice, representations, human review, contest. Activating the feature before CAL is granted would mean showing settlement ranges without the source decisions cited, which is the failure mode we are determined to avoid.
Returns on: 1 September 2026 (public launch).
